After the phenomenal first season of History’s “Vikings,” we’re getting a Netflix spin-off, and we can’t wait to see it. Finally, they chose Netflix’s TUDUM presentation to premiere the first video for Vikings: Valgalla, and they shocked us with a few fascinating historical characters.
Viking monarch Harald Hardrada (Leo Suter), as well as Old Norse religious leader Freydis Eriksdotter (Frida Gustavsson) and explorer Leif Eriksson (Sam Corlett), the daughter and son of Vikings Season 6 character Erik the Red, will be featured in Valhalla (Eric Johnson).
But, even if you didn’t see Vikings and don’t want to, creator Michael Hirst tells Collider that the sequel is intended to be accessible even if you haven’t watched the first season.
Laura Berlin, Leo Suter, Bradley Freegard, Caroline Henderson, and Jóhannes Haukur Jóhannesson are among the cast members of Vikings: Valhalla.
